Why Creative Therapy?

Creative Therapy is a collaborative and private 1‑to‑1 service that helps you move past creative block, clarify your voice, and shape your work for the audience who will value it.

You’ll leave with concrete insight into what your work says, we'll set simple guardrails for decisions, and give you a clearer sense of what makes your creative practice uniquely yours. It's a time to experiment, keep what lands, and let the rest go.

Trends aren’t the point. Finding your voice is.

How Creative Therapy works.

Creative Therapy is conversation‑led and adaptive to each creative. The steps are a framework—not a rulebook—and we flex order, depth, and deliverables based on individual or business needs.

60% creative support, 40% brand strategy.

  • We begin with a positive portfolio review. Surface recurring motifs, strengths, and gaps. Capture deep observations about how your work reads now versus how you want it to read.

  • Together we test your current direction against your real goals. Really clarify your motivation, uncover your blocks, channel your energy into the right places, and embrace or expand your creative constraints.

  • Next we find clear language to describe your work, how it should feel and look. Gather your inspiration and decide what to make, what to keep, and what to leave out.

    Define your brand direction.

  • We start publishing the work that matches your new direction and share it with the world. We gauge its reception, confirm it lands, and adapt to the needs of your customers.

This is an ongoing process but you'll leave with a clear, coherent body of work and the tools to keep it consistent.

  • Business is changing constantly and the things our customers want change too. I’m here for the long haul, I want to see you win and build a business that thrives for years.

Creative Therapy is:

  • Clarity about what your work is saying

  • Easier, more confident choices about what creative direction to take

  • A body of work that feels more like you, with fewer second‑guessing loops

  • A simple way to stay consistent without feeling constrained

Creative Therapy is not:

  • A marketing funnel or ad strategy

  • Generic inspiration without decisions

  • A long, theoretical hands off course

I’ve just started a mentorship with Tom, and even after just the initial discovery call, I can already say it’s been incredibly valuable. He’s been so helpful right from the start—offering clear, actionable suggestions on how I can elevate my business. His knowledge and insight are impressive, and he shares them with such a genuine, kind approach; it’s not just about the money—he genuinely cares!

If you’re considering investing in mentorship, I highly recommend going for it. Tom is not only knowledgeable but also supportive and easy to talk to. I’m excited for what’s to come and already feel more focused and confident moving forward. It’s eased so much stress, which is exactly what we all need.

One of my absolute best things I did this off season was invest in myself and take on a colour course with Tom Wright.

It was a one to one session over eight hours (split in two) and I dialled in my tones and colours that appealed to me and built a really clear set of rules for myself and methodology.

With Tom’s guidance, I went from being a consolation choice to being my ideal clients’ first choice. In just one year, I’ve tripled my bookings and earned a place alongside the industry’s best.

Tom transformed my work from feeling like imitations into something unmistakably my own. My voice became louder. He brought out the best in me and made my work come alive.

A planner recently asked me, “What’s your secret? Your work is some of the most consistent I’ve seen in years.”

My answer was simple: I work with Tom. I told her how he helped me create an edit rooted in my own artistic vision. She was so impressed, she immediately asked for his information.

Working with Tom is like working with the legends you’ve always heard about — Rick Rubin, George Martin, Pharrell. And, for me, there’s Tom Wright.

He’ll hate me for saying it, but I’ll say it anyway: Tom Wright is my rockstar producer, and I’m endlessly grateful for the imprint he’s left on my work.
